You're Invited to "Barre-Less Barre" Pop Up class at Thaxton Holistic Wellness Center led by certified barre instructor, Molly Corrigan!

Join us for this fun 45-minute full body work out that blends pilates, ballet, yoga, and functional training! This total body workout leaves you feeling both mentally and physically strong. All ages and levels are welcome - Bring a friend and BYOM (bring your own mat)!

About Barre
Barre is a fun, effective, full-body workout that blends pilates, ballet, yoga, and functional training. Barre incorporates small isolated movements to fatigue the muscles, large range motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates upper and lower body to make every minute count. All movements during class are carefully crafted to combine your  body weight with light equipment (barre balls, hand weights and resistance bands) to sculpt and slim your arms, legs, glutes, and core.
